3.0− La poca limpieza, el acceso de la habitación por la terraza, no encontrábamos la recepción, el lavabo se atoraba, la ducha salía o helada o ardiendo, no había ningún paño, ni recogedor para mantener el apartamento en condiciones óptimas. La terraza estaba inutilizable. La mesa y las sillas estaban llenas de barro; además no contábamos con ningún tendedero en el que poner toalla, ropa, etc. Por si eso no es suficiente, nos encontramos por sorpresa dos cucarachas voladoras, lo que deja mucho de desear de la limpieza del apartamento.

− Lo que se los ofreció no era un apartamento. Muchos bichos y muy poca formalidad. Para solicitar papel higiénico te pedían que esperaras dos horas. Muy mal, no se podía ni cocinar

7.0very easy to collect keys, nice staff and the appartment was ok, the price was fair for ibiza and where we were staying
− everything was clean and cozy, but we had to wait some hours to get into the room because of internal policy and we had an early flight and we had to wait a lot to get into the room, although they offered us to go into the pool but it was very tyring
