7.0Het zwembad was altijd zeer proper. Het was ook erg handig dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was. De bedden waren comfortabel.
− Het appartement is wat verouderd en kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. De waterstraal van de douche was erg zwak en de bovenste lade van de vaatwasser was stuk.
