7.0La posizione è perfetta x arrivare in centro a piedi. L'appartamento è tranquillo, silenzioso e fresco. Ho potuto parcheggiare la moto nelle vicinanze della via.
− Le finestre piccolissime, la mancanza di luce naturale e la macchina x il caffè espresso (non amo il caffé della moka).

9.0appartamento piccolo ma funzionale almeno per le mie esigenze visto che viaggiavo in bici, non ho sfruttato la cucina che ho visto però dotata di pentole piatti e quant'altro..il materasso personalmente l'ho trovato comodo e la posizione è invidiabile poichè è in pieno centro in una piccola via silenziosa..la comunicazione con Silvia è stata professionale.. bella esperienza
− la televisione in sala c'è ma non funzionava personalmente gradisco di + vedere la tv seduto sul divano che sul letto ma è un dettaglio
