3.0− La llegada al lugar resulta un poco complicada, ya que el acceso es por una vía destapada. El personal NO se caracteriza por su amabilidad y el trato hacia los huéspedes deja mucho que desear. La habitación asignada presentaba deficiencias en la iluminación, lo cual afectó la comodidad durante la estadía. No se cuenta con servicio a la habitación, y la atención en el restaurante fue bastante deficiente. Llama la atención que algunos empleados atienden sin calzado, lo cual genera una mala impresión en cuanto a higiene y presentación. Además, la variedad de opciones en el menú es muy limitada. A pesar de que las instalaciones son agradables visualmente, el servicio al cliente en general es bastante deficiente.
