1.0Nous n’y sommes pas allés car après que booking ait validé notre réservation j'ai contacté l'hôtel pour avoir une information et elle m’a tout de suite répondu sur c’était une erreur de bookking et qu'elle n’avait pas de place pour nous et m’a demandé d'annuler ma réservation. Bpoking m’a demandé des frais ca6a été toute une histoire
− Mon mari est un ancien hôtelier 4* à St Barth aux Caraibes, en tant qu’hotel si une réservation est validée ce n’est pas notre problème qu'elle remette la faute sur booking, elle aurait dû se débrouiller pour nous trouver une chambre. Si je ne l’avais pas contactée pour une information nous serions arrivés après une longue route à moto pour se faire mettre à la porte !!
