10.0Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Schöne Terrasse mit großem Tisch und Stühlen. Super nette Vermieter.
− Der Grill war vom Vorgänger nicht sauber gemacht. Es wäre auch schöner, wenn es ein Gasgrill wäre. Vereinfacht die Sache. So haben wir nicht gegrillt. Ändert aber nichts an dem tollen Gesamtbild

Ruhige Unterkunft in einer optimalen Lage (zumindest für unser Programm).
9.0Es war alles Bestens. Im 1.Stock hat eine Ansprechperson vom Vermieter gewohnt. Der ältere Herr war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kinder konnten ohne Einschränkungen im Außenbereich spielen. Die Ausstattung war für 2 Erwachsene und für 2 Kinder genau richtig. Es gab ein Schlafzimmer, einen großen Küchen/Wohnraum sowie Bad/WC.

Lovely new apartment
10.0This is a wonderful apartment, new, clean and well maintained. The host's parents live upstairs and the garden is shared. The parents don't speak English, but our host spoke very well. They were very nice and helpful and even supplied us with a microwave after we asked.
− This is not a complaint but just something to know, the apartment is in a quiet street but there are houses nearby and people can be loud, also there is no view.
