Great apartment in a very tranquil part of Scotland
10.0Lovely views from the apartment, it was also well equipped. The owner lives on the ground floor so easy to contact if needed. It's a nice quiet area easy access to the beach and lots to do and see in the area. Recommend Ewe Canoe for canoeing experiences, the Artic Convoy Museum, Black Pearl restaurant, Coast Pizza and Bridge tea room Loch Ewe.

10.0This is a superb apartment in a beautiful location. Alexander, our host, who lives downstairs, made us very welcome. Wonderful views in every direction. The apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely perfect for us!
10.0Alexander is a wonderful host and couldn't be more helpful. Taighali is a peaceful, light, warm and airy apartment, equipped with everything you need and beautiful views from every window. The location is exceptional, with a quiet beach a few minutes walk away. Although we drove to walks (a pocket walk book in the apartment was all we needed for a week) there are walks close by which start on the road but you can find tracks into the hills at the road-end. The well-stocked shop is 3 miles away as is the welcoming Aultbea Hotel which serves nice food and great ale. Bridge Cottage Art Cafe at Poolewe is also very friendly and meals and snacks are home-made and delicious.
