Ottima la posizione accanto praticamente alla fermata dell'autobus, la struttura era pulita e aveva tutto il necessario. Ci siamo trovati bene

Not worth the price. Bad condition. Bad location.

There wasn't much that stood out positively. The bus stop is almost right outside the property, making public transport convenient. There is also an excellent nearby pizzeria called "I Professori della Pizza". Apart from that, I generally wouldn't recommend staying here.

− Bathroom: The bathroom was by far the biggest issue. It seemed like something was leaking behind the toilet, as there was a puddle of water on the floor every day. There was no shower curtain or bath mat, so we had to use one of the two hand towels to stop the floor from getting soaked and to stand on after showering. The toilet also had a strange flushing system and often needed to run for a long time before it flushed properly. The bathroom, and even the room, became extremely hot and humid, despite leaving the ventilation running all day. Kitchenette: The kitchenette was poorly equipped and not well maintained. The freezer was full of excess ice, so it didn't close properly and had very little usable space. The cookware was in poor condition, one of the two cups was cracked, and there was only one flat plate and one deep plate, even though the room accommodates up to two people. It also would have been helpful to have a cloth to wipe down the table and work surfaces, instead of having to use toilet paper. It made it difficult to keep the kitchenette clean during our stay. Location: The location is quite far from the city centre and the surrounding neighbourhood doesn't offer much on its own. Check out: The check out time of 9:30 is unusually early. They only allow the more standard 11:00 check out if you pay an additional €30.
