Great for a short stay
7.0Nice location above Spar shop and about a 10-15 min walk to the Pirvelli lift or a short Bolt ride to main village. Kitchen was a great bonus.
− Mattress was very uncomfortable, WiFi wasn’t great. Would recommend for a short stay but maybe not a long stay like us.

− Check in system was purely base on messages . If you don’t have a wifi , you cannot check in. Literally the host told me that no one can help me at site. The payment was completely deducted and yet no one helped us to check in . The hall way was really dark and the automatic lightings are delayed. The TV do not work at all, when I asked for help, the representative came and stood in front of the tv waiting for someone to reply from her call for more than 30 min. When I asked them to leave with an apology, I was blamed of HAVING AN ATTITUDE. BATHROOM SINK FAUCET WAS BROKEN .

7.0The apartments have a good convenient location. Close to ski lift, shops, restaurants, transport. The apartments are clean, everything is new and corresponds to the presented photos and description. There is a complete set of tableware and cooking utensils. There is a two-burner electric hob, electric kettle, toaster, microwave.
− The apartments are located in the Marshal complex opposite the police station, next to the gas station, but not where the geolocation is indicated. This discrepancy is very confusing and takes a lot of time when looking for housing while already in Gudauri itself. There are problems with wi-fi internet. For a week, we still couldn’t get it, we had to buy a SIM card and use a mobile internet, even for correspondence with booking.
