Mocne 8/10, ale dajemy 9/10 na zachętę, bo obiekt zdecydowanie godny polecenia :)
9.0Fajna lokalizacja (spokojna, zielona okolica, mała miejscowość, blisko oblegany dobry lokalny fast food, piekarnia, apteka, stacja kolejowa do Brukseli 2minuty spacerem), dostępne szerokie miejsce parkingowe pod chmurką, dobra komunikacja z Opiekunem, czytelna instrukcja dotycząca kluczy. Sam apartament typu studio na 2gim piętrze przyjemnie urządząny, dość mały, ale dla dwóch osób całkowicie wystarczający, aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony, czysto, łazienka malutka, ale jak najbardziej funkcjonalna, przydatne rolety zaciemniające okna w salonie/aneksie kuchennym (brak klimatyzacji), duży podstawowo wyposażony taras z widokiem na zieleń i zachód słońca.
− W okresie letnim, gdy okna ma się otwarte w nocy, jest dość głośno: lądujące/startujące samoloty, bliskość toru kolejowego, dźwięk zamykanego przejazdu kolejowego, psy i zwierzęta sąsiadów. Słynna z komentarzy wąska klatka schodowa: OK, 1sze wrażenie z walizką w ręku nie jest komfortowe, ale szybko idzie się przyzwyczaić (trzeba zaznaczyć, że są to solidne betonowe schody, więc to kwestia wyłącznie ich rozmiaru, a nie samej stabilności). W Studio jest dość ciasno (dwie większe walizki na podłodze i już trudno przejść obok), podstawowe/budżetowe łóżko.

− La cage d'esclaier est tres etroite. Mieux vaut ne pas avoir de gros bagages. La salle de bain est TRES petite! Le lit est assez basique
