Moou appartement maar helaas geen uitzicht
8.0Mooi appartement op de begane grond, van alle gemakken voorzien. Droger en wasmachine (die ik niet open kreeg maar mijn man gelukkig wel) waren ideaal.
− Dit appartement hadden wij geboekt voor het uitzicht. Wij hadden appartement Kaunertal op de begane grond (2 persoons) en hadden totaal geen uitzicht door de hoge heg. Als we dit geweten hadden zouden wij dit appartement niet gekozen hebben. Buiten zitten op een houten klapstoel was ook niet ideaal. Het gescheiden verzamelen van afval was makkelijker geweest als in het appartement had gekund. Nu moesten we steeds naar boven naar de garage.

8.0De locatie was goed , mooie woning met veel ruimte voor 6 personen
− Keuken en benodigdheden te beperkt Weining kookpotten , 2 vuurtjes te weinig om voor 6 personen te koken en er was geen microgolf . Een asbak ontbrak op het terras . De omschrijving van koffiezetapparaat was onvoldoende , was met koffiebonen die we niet bij hadden .

− The contact with the landlord has been cold to say the least; Ms. Laura way of communicating is not appropriate for the hospitality industry: i) there was not direct contact with her, only per email and when asking about local tips, we didn’t get any answer II) Ms. Laura also threatened to call the police to evacuate us because we played music at reasonable volume for 10 min at 7pm.
