The location around is beautiful. Only 1 hour from Tre Cime.

− It is really basic and everything is kind of old. There was not enough light in the apartment and no living space.

− I stayed at 15 APTs and some hotels during my 45 days trip to ALPS however, this APT was the worst experience as follows. A. House owner 1. I asked her I will check in 21:00 as I will leave from Vienna after concert taking 7 hours driving. However, She told me to check in nextday if not check in before 19:00. - Most of the APT is equipped with keybox for self check-in at late evening However, She refuse to install. There is no humanity. 2. She continues to send WhatsApp SNS for her own regulations to keep during the stay which make customers upset and feel frustrated. 3.She does not stay at the house asking agent to care the check-in and cleaning. B. Facility 1. This house is located at steep slope mountain area which is extremely difficult to drive up the winding/hairpin road - Unable to drive at winter season. 2. This is not a APT but a shabby, dreary old house. - The entrance door is too old and difficult to open/close with old key. -Lobby floor carpet smells bad and creaking sound. - The road is not properly maintained and slum area. - No parking place 3. This house is too old and smells bad. Outside wall is cracked with fallen cement, painting. 4. No microwave oven and kitchen knife to cook - However, She refuse to supply. 5. Inside the house is partially maintained only and smells bad. 6.Most of all, this big building has 6 separate houses however, nobody is living which make dreary feel ing at night. Please search Google web before you decide to stay. I never ever recommend you to stay.

Extremely good value for money, I would definitely recommend this apartment to whoever wants to enjoy hiking in the moun

The apartment is really spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine and multiple racks to dry clothes. The view from the balcony is really nice and there are also chaise lounges in case you want to sunbathe. The major hiking spots are a short distance away by car and the location is optimal if you’re on a budget but still want to explore the Dolomites :)

− The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, and when we arrived there was no toilet paper or any paper whatsoever so we had to scavenge some in town (on a Sunday evening when every supermarket was closed,so not optimal) but mistakes can happen and overall the owner was really helpful in suggesting solutions.
