7.0Erreichbarkeit, Unkomplizierter Aufenthalt, Nähe zur Familie und viel Platz in der Wohnung.
− Anfangs sehr kalt. Nach einem Tag haben die Heizungen aber ein angenehmes Klima erzeugt. Man riecht den Bauerhof nebenan. Der Ostwind hat dies sicher begünstigt, das wird nicht immer so sein.
