Overall, it was a great room — spacious and very comfortable. There was a large smart TV, a big table, and a fully equip

10.0Perfect location - 2 minutes walk from a green slope which will lead you to chair lift, it is almost ski in-ski out :) Facility has dedicated room for ski staff (ski depo): there is own lockable cabinet for every apartment big enough (we was storing there 2 snowboards with boots and in the morning everything was dry). There are restaurants in the near buildings and a store right in the building. Walking distance from Old Gudauri and Spar. The room is well furnished, equipped kitchen.
− It was a bit dusty in the corners and under the furniture, but not critical. Host promised to talk with a cleaning lady to make sure it will not happen anymore.
