Cocroaches when entering the apartment
1.0− When we entred the apartment we found cockroaches. I took a picture of one of them. Contacted the owned. She said she would come in 40 minutes and clean the room for us. We refused to stay in that apartment. After contacting the costumer service she said the picture was not from interior. She refused any refund. Not a great experience.
