− No idea what to do with the rubbish and reception staff very unwelcoming but it was easy to collect our key.
Except the cleanliness n payment confusion, We do hav a lovely stay.
8.0Just hav to be patient wait at the reception, the lady with give u the key card n take you to the room if she dun hav other customer to wait behind . Overall is good service, but remember to ask WiFi n everything u want to know, coz she will not give u any information unless you raise up the questions 😂 Locations and the balcony is excellent!! Close to the ski lift n cable car, I love the view from the room, maybe a bit noise at the night time from the snowplow, but we are ok with it. A little walk to the supermarket and town center, but hav to walk on the snow tho, they also hav a restaurant on the first floor if you dun want to walk. Apartment equipped with all the basic amenities like toiletry, paper slipper n towel. Since they hav no washing machine, they provide u two set of towel for 4 days stays, so you better prepare ur own towel if u stay a bit longer. Surprised they hav coffee powder, tea bag, salt and sugar in the drawer which is very thoughtful but no oil. We manage to make coffee breakfast n dinner, dun forget to wash it after you use, we try to put everything back to how it was .
− Cleanliness of the bed,,,,very bad ! Obviously they only changed the pillow case but not the bed sheet n duvet covers, which is unacceptable of how the house keeper trying to get away with it. I believe the basic cleaning of the room is toilet bowl n change the bedding. Toilet is good as I can not see much dirt, bed with loads of hair from the previous guest . Also regarding to the payment of the room, I was surprised that they do not hav card machine to receive the payment which cost me a big issue, I used all My USA Dollar cash to pay the room!!! I almost broke n dun hav any cash to get back to the airport!! That was my travel cash for emergency use. The confusion of the payment is booking.com didn’t make it clear of accepting cash only n no options of charging online before we get there. That was a struggle for a tourist like us.
