8.0Sehr schöne Wohnung, super Lage. Fahrstuhl vorhanden, somit ist das Gepäck kein Problem 😄natürlich der Mensch selber auch nicht 😁
− Der Balkon, der bei Regen leider nass ist, somit leider auch die Sitzmöbel und Sitzpolster.

9.0Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick über die Altstadt von Cottbus. Mit dem Aufzug gelangt man ohne Stress in die 4.Etage. Die Ausstattung entspricht einer normalen modernen 2 Raum Wohnung.
− Den Schlüssel muss man eine Strasse weiter abholen aus einem Schlüsselsafe. Und durch eine Baustelle habe ich dies beim ersten Mal beinahe nicht gefunden.

9.0Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung, alles da was man braucht . Ich konnte sie sogar für nur eine Nacht buchbar :-)

Kommunikation, Lage, Ausstattung - hat gepaßt. Würde mich wieder für die Holzmichel FeWo entscheiden
8.0Anreise per Bahn Kommunikation mit Vermieterin - sehr gut zwar: Schlüsselbox und FeWo nicht im gleichen Gebäude Gehzeit TRAM Station - Schlüsselbox - FeWo ca 10 Min aber: Lage der Fewo - sehr gut, Balkon und Schlafzimme zum Hinterhof, sehr ruhig nächste TRAM Station ca 4 Min, nächster Bäcker ein Block weiter. Ausstattung - sehr gut Hinweis in der Beschreibung auf Etage und Fahrstuhl - sehr gut (leider nicht selbstverständlich)
− Was schön gewesen wäre: eine Müslischale, ein Brotmesser, ein flexibler Küchenspatel

10.0unser Kollege war sehr zufrieden mit eurer Unterkunft und wir waren es auch als ihr uns freundlicher weise eine Späteren Check out ohne zu zucken sofort ermögliche konntet. Ganz liebe von euch. Bis zum nächsten mal.
