10.0Only a few minutes walk from the beach, food places very close to the apartment. The apartment has everything we needed and lovely to sit on the balcony with a drink and watch the bats flying between the trees at night and the birds on the green in the morning. Hardly used the car as everything so close and train journey for a family of four was so cheap to go to exmouth and Paignton and back.
− If I wanted to be really picky then if 4 people have booked it would be nice to have 4 chairs for the table so could all sit together but that is it.

10.0The location was perfect, the apartment was so clean and well equipped. A lot bigger than I initially thought too. Communication was great and no faults whatsoever, would love to book again

10.0The location, the rooms, comfortable, nice view. Equipped with everything you would need! Lovely and clean.
− The towels left for us smelt a bit moldy and were still a bit damp. Everything else was perfect.

9.0Great location. Good facilities. WiFi is a happy bonus. All towels and linen provided which saves the suitcase. Comfy sofas. Basics for kitchen provided rubbish bags and washing up liquid etc. again nice touch. Informative booklet on the apartment and local area.
− Maybe a small side table in second bedroom however me and hubby managed ok for the week using windowsill as our place to put things
