Stressig mit Hund wegen der extrem steilen Treppe und der schmalen Stufen. Die Umgebung und die Lage haben uns gefallen.
5.0Soweit o.k.
− Die extrem steile Treppe in die 1. sowie 2. Etage. Geht für ältere Menschen und größere Hunde gar nicht. Wir hatten jeden Tag Stress mit unserem Dalmatiner beim Heruntergehen. Wird in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. WLAN fiel 2 Tage aus. Es gab nur 1 Duschabzieher, obwohl es 2 Bäder gibt. Man wird vor Abreise gebeten alles Besenreine (ohne Besen) zu hinterlassen. Es gab zwar einen Staubsauger, jedoch mit wenig Saugkraft. Betten sollen abgezogen werden. Für eine hochpreisige Luxuswohnung nicht akzeptabel. Wir werden dort nicht mehr anreisen.

− Das Fenster in einem der Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, weit oben und darf nicht geöffnet werden.

3.0We had great weather during the week. The interior design is good!
− Please treat your guests as...guests. We are AirBnB hosts ourselves. This property, while having good potential, suffers from poor customer service, a weird way to communicate with guests (basically telling me - after 3 days delay and several follow ups - that none of our complaints are actually "valid") and some rather unnecessary issues. Overall - completely overpriced for what was offered, while many things could be an easy fix without significant additional cost (e.g. have toilet paper on arrival, sufficient towels for a week, a working AC in the bedrooms, some basic kitchen stuff like kitchen towels, dishwashing soap, we had mini-coffee machine for 4 people and there was also no microwave, etc...like most guests are used to enjoy in accommodations that cost 20% of what we paid). The apartment is centrally located but that comes with noise. A lot of noise.
