10.0I proprietari ci hanno accolto con circa 3 ore in anticipo rispetto all'orario di booking (previsto per le 12) offrendoci anche una colazione abbondante di benvenuto presso l'hotel vila Misiri (i quali sono gli stessi proprietari poi dell'appartamento). L'appartamento all'arrivo era pulito e in ordine, inoltre la sua posizione è super vantaggiosa dista a 20metri da un minimarket (sparsi per tutto il lungo mare lungo circa 3.2km), a 50 metri da bar e ristoranti. Dalla spiaggia privata (inclusa nel prezzo) dista a poco meno di 100 metri veramente super comoda. Inoltre a circa 300 metri c'è la fermata dell'autobus che per 40 lek (0,40 centesimi di euro) vi porta a Durazzo città. I proprietari si sono sempre presentati super cordiali offrendoci caffè e aiuto per qualsiasi cosa, ti fanno sentire proprio come se si fosse in famiglia, inoltre parlano bene l'italiano quindi è stato facile comunicare con loro, sono anche molto veloci a risponde su whatsapp per qualsiasi tipo di informazione. Ci hanno dato anche la possibilità di ritardare il check-out fino alla nostra partenza (14:00). Nella stanza erano presenti tutti i confort necessari: Asciugamani di ricambio Aria condizionata Coperte Essenziali da cucina Bagnoschiuma, Shampoo e carta igienica La doccia era enorme. TV Smart Wifi velocissimo (gratuito) Stendi biancheria Lavatrice Ferro da stiro Phone per capelli Ristorante dell'hotel molto buono abbiamo pranzato e cenato volentieri presso l'hotel vila Misiri (che ricordiamo siano gli stessi proprietari dell' appartamento) Le persone del posto appena capiscono che si è italiani vi trattano come persone di famiglia. Il taxi che abbiamo preso ci ha offerto un dolce La vicina di casa ci ha offerto acqua e frutta I proprietari dell'appartamento ci hanno offerto più volte bevande e cibo.
− Piccoli problemi con l'acqua che comunque hanno risolto in tempo 0, veramente il tempo di mandargli un messaggio su WhatsApp ed erano fuori la porta a risolvere il problema (risolto nel giro di 5 minuti)

10.0Super lokalizacja, wystarczy przejść przez ulicę, przejść przez hotel i już jesteśmy na plaży. Świetnie udogodnienie w postaci leżaków zapewnionych z hotelu. Na parterze rzeczywiście mieszka jakiś niezbyt czysty pan, ale nie jest agresywny, nie jest szkodliwy.
