− The apartment was very noisy, with constant traffic noise coming from the street outside the bedroom, making it difficult to sleep. The hair dryer was broken, and although we reported it and requested a replacement, it was never replaced. The towels were also never changed during our one-week stay. After we mentioned this, someone attempted to deliver fresh towels several times at around 5:00 p.m. on the day before our check-out, repeatedly ringing the doorbell while we were taking a nap. This was inconvenient and could have been handled much better.

8.0Très bon petit déjeuner, le principe de la box quotidienne était cool. Tout très propre, bien proportionné.
− Pas sûre que la surface mentionnée dans l'annonce correspond à la taille du logement. Ne louez pas une place de parking de l'hôtel, garez-vous plutôt sur un parking publique de la ville, Santa Luzia par exemple à 5,50€ au lieux des 15€ proposés par l'hôtel. Canapé-lit inconfortable.

10.0El apartamento era amplio y cómodo para dos personas. Estaba todo muy limpio y la ubicación era muy buena. La anfitriona fue siempre muy amable.
