Distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. View from the window. The location is good and the first impression is good too, but there are many unpleasant nuances.

− There is no elevator (5th floor), the lights went out every day, the water pressure in the shower was poor. Old bedding, dishes, bathrobes, unfortunately an unpleasant smell, there were no toiletries. The bathrooms were not very clean. no YouTube.

Lo amplia que es la casa y la localización de la misma.

− Lo único así para tener en cuenta es que es un cuarto sin ascensor, pero quitando eso no hay ningún otro inconveniente

Tesis konum olarak muhteşem. Plajın karşısında. Yemek olanaklarına yakın. Oldukça temiz. Evde herşey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Geçen sene temmuzda da aynı evde kalmıştım. Ve yine kalırım.

− Yedek havlu kağıt ve tuvalet kağıdı bırakılabilirdi. Cumartesi gecedinden pazartesi sabahına kadar su sorunu yaşadık. Bunun için gün boyu yazdık. Ancak saat 21 gibi eve gelip bunun inşaattan kaynaklı olduğu söylendi. Daha hızlı dönüş olabilirdi.

Das Highlight dieses Apartments ist zweifellos der einmalige Ausblick auf das Meer und die aufgehende Sonne – besonders in Kombination mit der Nähe zur tollen Promenade, dem Hafen und dem weitläufigen Sandstrand. Die Lage bietet zudem viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

− Anfahrt & Zugang: Die Anreise durch die Einbahnstrassen ist tricky. Der Stellplatz ist zwar sicher, aber die Ausfahrt schwierig, da gegenüber oft Autos parken. Das Treppenhaus (kein Aufzug) ist schmal, ungepflegt und die Lichtleitungen stümperhaft verlegt. Eine desolate Dachleiter auf der letzten Stufe ist eine echte Stossgefahr; ich musste sie selbst mit Plastik umwickeln. Privatsphäre: Die Alarmanlage mit 3 Kameras ist ungünstig platziert – eine Kamera kann über den Spiegel direkt ins Bad filmen, wenn die Glasschiebetür nicht ganz zu ist. Badezimmer: Die Deckenduschen haben einen so schwachen Wasserdruck, dass der Reglerkopf ständig herausspringt. Es fehlen zudem Aufhängemöglichkeiten, weshalb wir uns mit eigenen Silikonhaken behelfen mussten. Wohnen & Schlafen: Die IKEA-Einrichtung wirkt solide, aber nicht wertig (besonders die Sofas). Ein Bettpfosten im Zimmer steht auf losen Holzblöcken, die verrutschen und die Matratze schief stehen lassen – eine Fräsung im Holz hätte das gelöst. Der grosse Kühlschrank brummt störend, was man im Bett hört, da es statt Zimmertüren bei diesem Zimmer Vorhänge gibt. Technik: Die Programmierung der Rollos ist mangelhaft (nur 3 von 7 funktionierten). Der Curved-TV hatte kein Internet (kein Netflix/Streaming), da der Router 25m entfernt am Eingang steht. Hier fehlt ein Verstärker. Ausstattung: Zu wenige Steckdosen (Verlängerungskabel nötig). Die USB-Nachttischleuchten brauchen eigene Ladegeräte. Die Küchenhelfer von IKEA wirken und arbeiten wie billiger Chinaschrott. Das LED-Rundumlicht ist ungleichmässig (helle/dunkle Bereiche). Die Klimaanlage diente uns neben der Fußbodenheizung als Wärmequelle, da es im März/April abends noch frisch wurde. Das LED-Rundumlicht war nicht auf der Höhe, sodass es helle und dunkle Bereiche gab.

Beautiful design, well equipped with everything you need. !But - on booking it is indicated that this is an apartment with three bedrooms - in fact it is a huge studio, as you can see in the photo, with two double beds and two sofas and one separate room that closes. Everything else is a common space, the bed near the kitchen is zoned from the room with tulle. If you are traveling in a large company, then keep this in mind, because only one couple will have privacy. But overall - these are super stylish apartments with a wonderful view.

− — Although the apartments are coolly furnished and stylish, it is clear that the renovation was done a long time ago and the apartment has become a little "tired" during rent; — the apartment is on the fifth floor without an elevator; — during our stay, several roller blinds on the windows were broken after strong winds and they did not close; — the water was turned off several times, probably due to repair work in neighboring houses; — when many electrical appliances are turned on - the stove and the heater - the meter in the basement turns off and I have to go and turn it on myself; — the drum bearing in the washing machine is damaged, which makes it extremely noisy.
