9.0Super schöne Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage, toller Ausblick.
Absolut desolater dreckiger Zustand der Wohnung & Blockhütte mit verschimmelter Matratze
1.0Die negativen Aspekte haben nichts Positives hervorgehoben.
− Die Ankunft hat sogleich für negative Aspekte gesorgt; zusammengefasst auf die wichtigsten Punkte sind das: - Unterkunft für 4 Personen mit nur 1 Doppelbett und einem viel zu kleinen Ausziehsofa für die Grösse eines Kindes - Verschmutzte Wohnung mit Staub/Dreck am Boden und in den Ecken - Verschimmelte Matratze - Bezogene Bettwäsche schmuddelig, als ob diese bereits benutzt war - Die vom Vermieter nachträglich zur Verfügung gestellte Blockhütte wurde vermietet - 5 Personen wollten am Abend dort einchecken. Die Blockhütte an sich war eher ein muffiges Gartenhaus mit integrierter Sauna. - Beschwerde an den Gastgeber Stephan wurden ignoriert, der persönliche Anruf an ihn wurde von Stephan aufgelegt. - Nachträgliche Beschwerde an booking.com wurde von dem Gastgeber Stephan nicht beantwortet; direkte Nachrichten an ihn ebenfalls. - Fotos des Zustands der Wohnung (verschimmelte Matratze, dreckige Kissen, Spinnweben, etc. haben wir booking.com zugesendet. - Eine Abreise war leider nicht möglich, da wir als Triathleten an der Challenge Roth gestartet sind (alles übrige ausgebucht, respektive wir wollten uns auf unser Rennen vorbereiten). - Die Fotos der angebotenen Liegenschaft entsprechen nicht mehr der Aktualität
