8.0The flat is excellent. It is big enough and has all the equipment needed, especially in the kitchen. Hair dryer, coffee machine, pots, pans. It is really nice that rooms have sink so no line for the bathroom. The location is OK, very quiet and outside Flachau.
− We started on the wrong foot with the owner. We entered the car park and her van was blocking a big part of the driveway, so to avoid hitting it my husband went for the left parking slot. However, there were hidden low pillars that were invisible and we hit them and damaged the rented car. My husband tried to explain that to the owner and she became very diffensive and said that it is all our fault and she had no responsibility. At that respond my husband became angry and raised his voice. Since then the atmosphere between us became very tensed. She refused to fill in the salt shaker, and left us pity note about not closing the front door (when in fact it was another guests). It is a shame because we could tell that she is a nice lady and we could all have had a mature discussion about the situation. It didn't damage our experience too much and we still recommend the property. Just advice the owner to remove those pillars or put a clear sign. It is also outside the main town of flachau, so need to drive every where.
