9.0Siisti, tilava, hyvin varusteltu mökki. Loistava sijainti uimarannan vieressä, Botanian ja Jokiaseman lähellä. Polkupyöriä sai lainata ilmaiseksi, ja niillä oli tosi kiva liikkua kauniissa kaupungissa.
− Ilosaarirockin rakennustyömaan vuoksi uimarannalle ei juuri tällä kyseisellä viikolla päässyt.

9.0Hyvä sijainti, auton pysäköinti vaivatonta talon eteen. Hyvät ulkoilumaastot. Rauhallinen alue.
− Kohde kaipaisi pintaremonttia, ehjiä huonekaluja ja kodinkoneita. Vaikka asunto oli siivottu, siellä haisi ummehtuneelle ja pinttyneelle lialle. Useat huonekalut pinnoiltaan kuluneet rikki, kahvinkeitin piti koota varovasti, jotta se pysyi kasassa kahvinkeiton ajan.
