Ruhig und relativ zentral
9.0Für Koblenzer Verhältnisse war die Unterkunft ruhig und relativ zentral. Da wir während des Seminars genügend verpflegt wurden, konnten wir nicht ausprobieren, ob es auf der Lützeler Seite ein Restaurant gegeben hätte, oder ob wir über die Brücke hätten laufen müssen.
− nichts hätte besser sein müssen / können. Mit "schlappen" Kopfkissen kann ich nichts anfangen....

1.0− Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, oder, anders ausgedrückt, extrem ungepflegt!! Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen.
Very nice apartment near the center of Koblenz, close to the Rhine Valley
9.0This one-bedroom apartment is located a 25-minute walk from the historic center of Koblenz. There is free and fairly spacious parking near the house. Nearby there are LIDL, NORMA, and MIXMARKT supermarkets. There is also a LÖHR CENTER with many shops, including a REWE supermarket, within a 20-minute walk of the apartment. The apartment is cozy and clean, all the equipment that was promised for the guests is working properly. We liked having a large wardrobe. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and explained in detail where everything is located.
− If there was a washing machine in this apartment, I would give 10 points instead of 9.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist die Wohnung sehr geeignet
9.0Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten, hell und mit schönen Möbeln eingerichtet.
− Es waren keine Rollos an den Fenstern, und somit war es sehr hell in der Wohnung in den Morgenstunden. Für uns war die Umgebung viel zu laut und leider war die Parkplatzsituation eine Katastrophe. Einen Parkplatz zu bekommen war ein großer Glücksgriff.
