9.0Sehr gute Wohnung, hat fast alles, was man braucht, sogar Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln (die wurden vom Vermieter kostenlos angeboten), Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind auch im Preis. Die Wohnung hat auch eigenen Parkplatz👍 im abgeschlossenem Hof gegen Gebühr (15,-€/Tag). Paar Supermärkten sind in der Nähe. Sehr nette Vermieter😊
− Bis zum Strand ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Auto geht viel schneller, aber ein Parkplatz in der Nähe vom Strand zu finden ist sehr schwierig.
Schöne funktionale Ferienwohnung nicht weit vom Meer
9.0- Geschmackvolle Einrichtung - alles hat funktioniert, auch die Heizung - stabiles Internet, Smart TV - gut ausgestattete Küche, alle Geräte waren einsatzbereit - der große Balkon - die Möglichkeit, den Aufzug zu benutzen - großes Bad - bequemes Bett - das Sofa im Wohnzimmer - die gute Kommunikation - freundlicher Empfang, Erfrischungsgetränke im Kühlschrank - Nespresso Maschine - die Freundlichkeit von Davide, dass er mir sozusagen einen öffentlichen Parkplatz besorgt hat (habe das Auto knapp drei Wochen nicht bewegt)
− - Die Parkplatz-Situation ist sehr schwierig, es waren kaum kostenlose Dauerparkplätze an der Straße, bis auf den, den mir Davide besorgt hat. - es haben gefehlt: Wäscheklammern und eine Klobürste. - die Wohnung ist zwar schön, aber recht dunkel - außer der Küche - da man im "Schatten" des anderen Wohnblocks ist, die Sonne erreicht den Balkon nur wenige Stunden am Tag. Das ist aber - ich gebe es zu - Jammern auf hohem Niveau. 😅

6.0Appartamento comodo al centro e vicino al mare e al porto. Nonostante
− Letto scomodo con materasso sfondato come lo è anche il divano. Nonostante ci fosse il bidet nel bagno, nessun asciugamano da bidet ed inoltre lo scopino da bagno inesistente e quando richiesto al proprietario, la risposta è stata che nn c’ era per motivi igienici… Difficile trovare parcheggio.
