− Paintings on wooden doors. It made them look ugly. They should also paint the whole building, especially the façades, so that it does not look run down, pave the parking lot and drain storm water away so that we don't have to step on mud when it rains

Good facility with incredible potential.
7.0The size of the apartment is great - and the gym (though not included in the cost) is nice for a business traveller looking to keep fit. It is located next to malls, banks and many eateries.
− The microwave was rusty inside. Not healthy to use. The pillows in the bedroom are worn-out/thin. No air conditioning.

5.0The flat was well located and proximity to most facilities in the city, However, the overall Blue Marlin is run down as a property, The swimming pool was not functional for days we were there as well as the gym. The foot paths to be beach were no longer there as vegetation seems to have overgrown hence quit not safe. The property has no free WIFI as well and no cable tv channels. Our host was however efficient and the apartment was super comfortable. If booking for a shorter stay, I recommend, you purchase basic cooking items such salt, match box as well water to start off.
