10.0Beautiful apartment in a historic villa. Just a few minutes' walk from the park and the city center. Quiet accommodation and lovely owners.

10.0Doskonała lokalizacja. Dość blisko do Starego Miasta na ukos przez park miejski, oraz do winnic na wzgórzu. Willa z klimatem. Cisza i spokój. Parkowanie na zamkniętym terenie posesji.

10.0Bei Ankunft wurden wir direkt vom Vermieter empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch im Erdgeschoß einer alten Familienvilla gelegen und liegt sehr ruhig im "Villenviertel" von Maribor mit Blick auf die umliegenden Weinberge. Das Ortszentrum ist durch einen schönen Park in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt vorm Haus gibt es eine Parkmöglichkeit und direkt vorm Haus kann man auch loslaufen, um zu den 3 Seen und in die Weinberge zu kommen.

10.0Perfectly splendid! :) Absolutely great place, about 10 minutes walking from the city centre, right under the vineyards. The host is very pleased, helpful and professionally prepared to make the stay comfortable. The villa itself has an interesting history, and you can feel the spirit there.
