Has the potential to be fantastic. Unfortunately, it currently feels cheap and unloved.

10/10 Location: Right in the heart of Moraira, a short stroll to all bars and restaurants, with gorgeous sea views and a direct view of the coastal castle. The Balconies: A huge wrap-around private balcony that perfectly captures the setting sun, plus a smaller secondary balcony ideal for morning coffee. Space & Cleanliness: The apartment itself was large, clean upon arrival, and well-equipped. Amenities: Great air conditioning, a reliable lift, and fast Wi-Fi. Parking: Free underground parking included (though it is a bit tight getting in and out!). Smooth Check-in: Key collection via a key safe at the Benissa Costa office was straightforward.

− The Balcony Situation: The massive sunset balcony was incredibly sparse with no comfortable furniture. Worse, it was completely covered in pigeon poo, including the sunbeds and an old wooden table. While the agent did send cleaners to scrub it down once we complained (and they did a great job), this should be done automatically at every guest changeover. It’s a shame when you have to watch a world-class sunset with a G&T while standing up because you can't sit down! Tired & Mismatched Decor: The interior feels like a dumping ground for the owner's old, unwanted furniture rather than a thought-out holiday rental. When on holiday, you want the accommodation to be as nice as home, if not better. Instead, there were tiny, random paintings on the walls and several pieces of furniture well past their end-of-life—including a rotting bathroom cupboard. Outdated Tech: While the internet was good, the large TV is from around 2014 and isn't a Smart TV. No access to Netflix or YouTube is worth noting for families or quieter evenings. Vague Instructions: The check-in instructions from the agent were a bit vague, particularly regarding how to navigate and access the underground parking.

Loved the apartment, it was central and the terrace was amazing!

− Personal von Villa Guzman ist leider nicht hilfsbereit, mit dem Service waren wir nicht zufrieden.

Very out of the way location to collect keys. We had to pay another 20 euro to the taxi driver.

− We had to buy toilet rolls. Very limited supply. Didn’t feel right.

Mooi appartement met alles erop en eraan. Gigantisch dakterras met uitzicht op zee. Supermarkt op 20

Very clean & spacious. Balcony & view amazing. Staff very helpful.

− September visit so cooler evenings & no blankets for beds this year, they were supplied last year. Bathroom door needs attention but didn’t affect our holiday. Would also suggest mattress protectors on beds, again not a major problem & we have booked again for next year.
