− On the Booking.com website it said there was a washing Machine in the kitchen. Was described as Air conditioned, which only if you look at the facilties miscellaneous, does it say the is an additional charge. Also Parking is described as onsite, ad in fact we had to park in a specific position on the road outside the property, whereas we could probably parked in front of the second garage, closer to the steps to the appartment. We had an introduction to the property that described the above and were told that we should not need air conditioning until July. Despite the weather forecast for the beginning of June being 28C. We were told that we did not have access to a Washing Machine, but if we gave notice, we could have one free wash. The actual appartment was good and we used the pool, which was also good. The location was up a hill that was quiet steep and ideally you would need a car. In regard to the response from the owner. My reviews are based on my experience and as a guide to future people booking the appartment. I did not say that I would open the window, as having lived in the area for 18 months and visited for over 30 years, with the mosquito problems, unless I was 100% sure that the mosquito net was totally secure, the windows remain shut. I would advise anyone to ask about the charges for using the A/C, before booking. Also confirm the period that the A/C can be used. The only A/C in the property, which was in the bedroom, had a device with 1 to 4 Hours shown on it. I said that I would see if I needed the A/C. Fortunately the nightime temperatures meant that we did not require the A/C.
