5.0Posizione rispetto al centro è stata molto comoda.
− L'alloggio era essenziale, con due bambini però non era ottimale, le scale ripide e strette, le ringhiere un po' pericolose ed in cucina non essendoci uno scola piatti, la gestione delle stoviglie era scomoda.

7.0Ottima la posizione in pieno centro, molto comodo però se si viaggia senza bagagli perché essendo in piena zona ZTL bisogna parcheggiare distanti e se si hanno bagagli diventa molto scomodo scaricarli e ricaricarli. Ottima la pulizia degli ambienti, e la dotazione degli appartamenti. Comodo il check-in on-line.
− Il letto molto scomodo troppo morbido si affonda, la ripidità delle scalinate e i parapetti inesistenti. Scale a mio giudizio pericolose nel caso si dovesse soggiornare con dei bimbi. L'assenza della TV

− Pulizia accettabile. Poca cura nei servizi. Mancava una pentola a induzione, pur essendoci una piano, una spugnetta e per lavare le stoviglie e uno strofinaccio. In bagno non c'era il tappetino della doccia. Istruzioni sullo smaltimento dei rifiuti insufficiente. I problemi segnalati non sono stati risolti.
