Impossible to ask more. Super comfortable studio, furnished with everything you need with a dream pool exclusively for you! And the host, Andreas, is such a kind person! A+++

Gorgeous pool and garden, great host

I was looking for a place close to Dali and this location caught my eye because of the pool of course! I wasn't able to take as much advantage of it as I would have liked, but it was a lovely respite from the hot days, tucked away in its own little Eden. Though the interior space isn't large, the bathroom is quite spacious and there is also an outdoor shower rigged up to rinse off from the pool. The kitchen is quite functional, though I didn't use it much (two people could prepare a meal together, comfortably). A supermarket just a few minutes walking from the studio supplied me with everything I needed. Very friendly and attentive host. Convenient location for going to Nicosia or Dali and the local town, Geri, also has amenities which I did not take advantage of due to schedule constraints. The pool was very clean and cool and generally lovely to wake up to. The place seems designed for romantic getaways to enjoy swimming, eating, and . . . sleeping. I was just missing the partner! It was great for solo travelers as well.

− The entrance to the property was not easy to find the first time, despite seeing pictures of it. My rental car was quite low to the ground, so entering the driveway (making a right turn against traffic with no turn lane and then going up a short but precipitous cement ramp from the main road) was a delicate proposition. A slightly higher rental car would have fared better. The house was very comfortable, but my one suggestion would be fitting the doors and windows with screens. I would have liked to sleep with the windows open, but the insect intruders made that untenable. With screen doors and windows, I could have taken fuller advantage of the lovely setting and breezes. It might be nice to provide a few more essential items, like olive oil, sugar, vinegar etc. which visitors would need but hesitate to buy. I tried to make Nescafe one morning, but the crystals had gone humid and solidified. Otherwise lovely!

Everything was perfect! Clean, quiet, and peaceful. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is nearby, and the pool is just one step from the door. The host kindly agreed to a late check-out without any problems. The mall and other places are only 12 minutes away by car. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!

Andreas is a lovely host and the studio is clean, comfortable and spacious. The garden and pool are are a little slice of heaven on the outskirts of Nicosia.

The pool was great but it would have been better if there was some leds for night

− The garage to go inside the house the crib of the side walk to go inside with the car was too high and it actually damaged my car I hope they could fix it and make it proper for car to inside if you have a low car you won’t be able to go in without turning the wheel first to make it go up higher

Wir waren jetzt schon zum dritten Mal hier. Es ist traumhaft. Wir lieben den großen Pool! Die perfekte Unterkunft für zwei Personen. Andreas kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um alles! Der Pool ist immer sauber, die Umgebung sehr liebevoll angelegt! Das Bett ist super bequem! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles ist sauber! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Ein kleines Paradies! Wir schätzen es sehr, dass man so ungestört ist. Trotzdem ist man schnell in der Stadt und sehr zentral. Außerdem finden wir es toll, dass dort in der Gegend nicht viele Touristen sind. Es eignet sich super für einen entspannten Pool-Urlaub, aber auch um von dort mit einem Mietwagen die Schönheiten der Insel zu entdecken.
