9.0El edificio es precioso y con mucha historia. El piso es cómodo, bien situado y está decorado con gusto. Mucha amplitud para ir en grupo.
− Si tuviese otro baño sería fantástico aunque nos hemos apañado bien....Algunos electrodomésticos necesitan un arreglo.... La tapa del microondas, la batidora, etc.... Con muy poco lo dejaría todo perfecto

8.0Lo que más me ha gustado es que es espacioso y está muy bien ubicado. Y sobretodo las facilidades que nos ha dado el propietario.
− Que quizás tenga que renovar algún electrodoméstico.

7.0L'appartamento è davvero bello, fornito di tutti i servizi necessari.
− Il proprietario non si era accorto della prenotazione fino a quando non lo abbiamo chiamato verso le quattro del pomeriggio. L'appartamento ci è stato quindi consegnato verso le otto di sera. Può capitare, ma l'atteggiamento non ci è parso molto positivo. la struttura è priva di parcheggio privato (a differenza di quanto scritto nella descrizione). Ci sono comunque due grandi parcheggi gratuiti piuttosto vicini. Manca il wifi
