9.0Top Lage. Sehr schönes kleines Apartment. Sehr gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Doppelt Dusche für zwei Personen. Sehr schönes Bad insgesamt.. es wurde sehr viel von allem bereitgestellt, inklusive Ankunftsbier. Vermieter reagiert sehr schnell.
− Einzig die fehlende Klimaanlage (wussten wir vorher) war ein Manko. Bei Temperaturen über 30°C , wie wir sie hatten, reichen die vorhandenen Ventilatoren nicht aus.

5.0The apartment was lovely with an excellent bathroom and comfortable bed. Extremely clean and renovated to a high standard. Good location if a little tricky manhandling luggage up steep hills.
− The apartment does not have air-conditioning and only has two ceiling fans which only move the warm air around the rooms. The windows are new with no vents or insect screens so cannot be left open at night, meaning the apartment never went below 28° and at times during the night registered nearly 30°. This made sleep extremely difficult.

10.0Beautifully kept, clean and modern, facilities were excellent including pastries and Nepresso machine. The location is right in the city center. Excellent communication from Paolo.
