Great comfortable stay right in the heart of the city center of Perugia!
10.0The location is perfect for visiting the old city center. It is very convenient. The apartment is modern, very roomy and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine during the heat wave we were experiencing in the city. It has 1 A/C unit in the kitchen so it is a bit of a stretch to cover the entire apartment but we made it work and kept the rooms from getting hot (need to keep doors open). There was hot water for showers and also washing machine. The host was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Perugia!

Spacious contemporary apartment in the heart of Centro Storico.
9.0Central location in Piazza Republica with good sound proofing, near many restaurants and cafes and in the middle of activities of Umbria Jazz. The unit has minimalist contemporary furnishings, large with lots of storage, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, washer in unit, one and a half baths. Owner/management very responsive.
− No elevators although stair steps are not steep . It would be better for light travelers with hand carried luggage. The AC stoped functioning as soon as we turned it on. It was stripping the circuit breaker and turned off lights as well. The management responded immediately. They replaced it with a large portable unit, we left our room open at night and kept cool with a fan. We kept shutters closed to keep heat out.
