− Afara la gratar ar fi ideal sa fie o masa cu bancute si un leagan . Prea multi limacsi....umezeala pe partea de terasa.

9.0Apartamentul este foarte spatios, dotat cu bun gust . Gasesti tot ce iti trebuie, ustensile de bucatarie, aparat de cafea,inclusiv flat TV in fiecare camera, soundbar si semineu.Intrare privata, check in/ out facil, barbeque, buna comunicare cu proprietarul.
− Poate faptul ca intrarea in bloc este putin dezafectata, sau pare ca sunt lucrari in executie; oricum apartamentul are si intrare privata, Ca si sugestie, un toaster si un ceainic ar intregi toata aparatura casnica, dar nu este o problema .
