9.0Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do promu i do Edeki. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Prywatne miejsce parkingowe i prywatny - indywidualny garaż na rowery, z gniazdkiem elektrycznym (można go zamknąć własną kłódką). W okolicy dużo tras rowerowych.
