Other than the washing machine issue, all was great and I wouldn’t hesitate going back to this accommodation

− The only thing I would suggest is to either make the washing machine free to use or have a card payment facility on the machine as it requires the exact coin/ change which at times late in the day is inconvenient trying to find someone in Murren with exact change
We were delighted with the apartment. Superb.
9.0The location was great. View of Eiger and Jungfrau from the balcony. The apartment was modern, spacious, with tasteful decor and furniture. Exactly as described.
− Use of the washing machine and tumble dryer should be included in the rental price. We think rubbish disposal and recycling should be the responsibility of the host not the guest.
