Cold Discomfort

− Place was uncomfortably cold because HVAC didn't work. Owner said he came but couldn't fix it. Called me a liar when I complained the temperature was only 17C. He said the temperature was 25C, which if it had been I wouldn't have complained.

− The HVAC did not work so the place was uncomfortably cold. I phoned the owner who apparently came when I was out but could not fix the HVAC. When I complained this was his reply. "Of course. My dear sire, let me call you a liar right now. I can show you the phone calls we had and even photos of my presence in the apartment. Please have respect for my work, and be proud of the privileged place where you slept at least 25 degrees Celsius. Have a good day. Thank you. Ricardo" If the place was 25 degrees Celsius I would have had no complaint, but it was 17 degrees Celsius and therefore too cold for my comfort. Plus, I don't like being called a liar. This owner and his place is not appropriate for Booking.com, in my opinion.
