9.0La posizione, la struttura molto bella, la calma, host accogliente e gentile.
− Qualche attrezzo in più in cucina non guasterebbe (come tovagliette, presine... ). L'unica vera pecca dell'appartamento è la mancanza delle ante o degli oscuranti per alcune finestre, compresa quella della porta d'ingresso che ha solo una tenda e non ripara dalla luce. Manca anche il bidet nel bagno, non che sia obbligatorio, ma in Italia è abitudine averlo.
