7.0Aidattu piha-alue oli koirien kanssa matkustaessa ihanteellinen. Ilmalämpöpumppu, joka oli onneksi päällä saapuessamme viilensi mukavasti huoneilmaa helteisellä säällä. Kaukosäädintä ei löytynyt, jotta lämpötilaa olisi voinut säätää tai laitteen kytkeä päältä poislähtiessä. Hinta-laatusuhde huoneiston koko ja varustelutaso huomioon ottaen oli kohdallaan.
− Jää-pakastinkaappi olisi voinut olla päällä saapuessamme. Toki ne viilenivät kohtalaisen nopeasti. Poistuttuamme saimme viestin, että niitä ei olisi saanutkaan ottaa pois päältä, josta olisi hyvä olla ohje jääkaapin / pakastimen ovessa. WC-paperia ei ollut lainkaan vaikka varausvahvistuksen varusteluettelossa on esitetty olevan. Pienen lapsen (1 vuotta) lisäsänky oli käyttökelvoton. Ollut ilmeisesti kylmässä ja kosteassa varastossa hajusta ja likaisuusasteesta päätellen. Poistimme sen huoneistosta ja ratkaisimme lapsen pedin muilla keinoin. Ruokapöydässä oli vain 3 tuolia vaikka olimme ilmoittaneet majoittajien lukumääräksi 4 aikuista. Toki lisätuolina oli satulatuoli, joka ei ollut ruokapöydän korkeuteen sopiva.

− Huone oli kylmä,tullessamme sinne.Siivooja oli jättänyt ikkunan auki. Jouduin nukkumaan vaatteet päällä ja meillä piti olla oma lämmitin jotta pärjäsimme.
