10.0La ubicación, la limpieza. Todo nuevo con todo lo necesario para cocinar, y en el baño Volveremos seguro, muy cómodo

− Al lado si había un pequeño supermercado pero pensamos q estaba al lado de la playa y… si era 1ª línea de mar-playa/roca Pero puedes ir andando a Candas

Muy equipado, muy limpio buenas vistas, detalles que tendrías tú mismo en tu casa, moderno, buena ubicación, al lado de la playa, al lado hay una tienda con todo lo necesario, un restaurante a un minuto donde se come bien. Se puede ir andando a Candás. Y está cerca de la ruta de la vía verde.

8.0La tranquilidad de la zona y que se podía aparcar con facilidad El apartamento es tal cual en las fotos, nuevo y cuidado al detalle, pequeñito pero perfecto para unos días. Las vistas al mar, es muy luminoso!
− El olor del portal, los muelles del sofá cama hacen muchísimo ruido y te hundía hacia dentro. Lo solucionamos tirando el colchón al suelo. Eche en falta espacio donde poner la comida que yo llevaba

9.0El edificio ya tiene sus años, pero el apartamento está renovado y está muy bien para una pareja. Las vistas son muy buenas, la cama es cómoda, el baño está muy bien, así como el microondas, el frigorífico, la cocina... La relación calidad-precio es muy buena y el entorno es muy bonito.
− Lo único un poco incómodo es el fregadero, por el armario del calentador y porque no tiene un sitio para que las cosas se sequen.
