Overall very good.
7.0Location - proximity to Westfield. There is a rug and artificial plant provided that makes the apartment feel more homy rather than sterile like many premises.
− Sliding glass windows on the balcony were dirty which I had to clean. Stove top exhaust fan very greasy. Not enough cooking pots. One of the balcony chairs was missing a cushion (now supplied).

− The air conditioner isn’t large enough to cool the apartment down. It was extremely hot as it has huge windows which get the full afternoon sun.

− Spent 15 mins asking how to find the key with strangers and body corporate of building. In between the couch cushions and gaps was absolute filth and not cleaned - did not sit on couch at all Shower tiles were moldy - Lining on shower door was moldy
