Unclean room and too pricy for the low standard we experienced
3.0The staff was nice and reachable. It was possible with late check-in as we were delayed. Communication was fast and easy.
− The room was not clean. The sink and mirror in the bathroom was dirty. The walls were dirty and it looked like someone had thrown up on one of the walls. The curtains were dirty and the sofa was dirty. There were loud talking and music until 2am, which we could hear through the walls, so we did not get much sleep. It was very disappointing - especially as the price for the stay 1 night was just as high as 1 night stay at a Scandic hotel where we got both breakfast and spa facilities included. At scandic at least the room was clean. If we had gotten the room at half the price, then we could have accepted that the room was not properly cleaned. But for this high a price, the standard needs to be higher!

10.0Чиста і затишна кімната, зручне ліжко/постіль; в номері є чай/кава/цукор/мінеральна вода і навіть пляшка іспанського вина у якості компліменту . В кожній дрібниці відчувається турбота про гостей . Розташування чудове - поруч з дорогою - не довелося шукати , але при цьому тихе місце і співом птахів ми могли насолоджуватися прямо у номері . Зранку після сніданку можна прогулятися до озера і замку, що ми з задоволенням і зробили . Доречі, сніданок у кафе поруч був чудовий .
− Єдиний неприємний момент для мене - портрет Леніна у фойє. Особисто у мене це викликає дуже неприємні відчуття, згадки і асоціації.
