9.0Bon emplacement : 10 min du centre de Mataro, 10 min de la plage, 15 min de la gare pour aller à Barcelone (en 40 min on est place de Catalogne avec un train qui part toutes les 15 min) et des supermarchés à 200 m pour faire ses courses. Accès facile à l'appartement. Hôte réactif lors des échanges de messages. Si vous venez en voiture, je conseille vivement de solliciter l'hôte pour bénéficier du garage : 7 euros la nuit, un peu étroit mais indispensable car c'est très difficilement garable dans la quartier. Appartement très propre, moderne avec une grande terrasse ensoleillée et abritée où l'on a apprécié de pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner.
− La salle de bain mériterait un petit coup de frais, en particulier le rideau de douche qu'il faudrait remplacer.

8.0Viel Platz, wertige Ausstattung, sehr schöne und große Dachterrasse, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, Supermärkte und Spielplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe, nicht weit zum Strand.
− Kleinigkeiten, es gab keine Verschlüsse für Spüle, Wanne und Waschbecken, der Duschvorhang könnte erneuert werden... Die Umgebung ist nicht unbedingt ruhig, was ich jedoch nicht als störend empfand.
