Host was very nice and responsive.
10.0− I recommend the host to add that parking on the street is not allowed and will result in getting a parking ticket. There is a gravel parking lot across the street and parking is allowed there. This should be clearly stated.

9.0A really highly well-equipped apartment. Say, everything you have at home can be found here. Perfect and fast WiFi, excellently equipped kitchen. Parking is possible in the free parking lot directly in front of the house - although it is dusty - but free. The owner responded very quickly to questions (a few minutes). The price/performance ratio is 100%.
− There is only one weakness. The second room needs more storage space. The wardrobe is closed for the owner's needs. In the first room, the cabinet needs hangers.
