5.0Hezká lokalita, v okolí hezké procházky, hned vedle vlaková stanice. Ubytování bylo docela čisté. Ocenili jsme terasu s posezením, kde jsme trávili nejvíc času, jelikož pokojík byl opravdu malý. Výhled z terasy na hory.
− Jednání majitelky - paní majitelka v průběhu měnila podmínky smlouvy přes telefon. Místo platby v hotovosti, jak bylo domluveno, vyžadovala peníze přes účet po telefonu, vyhýbala se konverzaci přes booking. Po vyžádání faktury ji poslala, nicméně si přičetla 500 Kč další poplatek, o kterém se předtím nezmínila a nebyl ve smlouvě. V koupelně padala klika, což mělo za následek zaseknutí dveří, naštěstí byl někdo další v pokoji, kdo mohl otevřít. Kuchyň nedostatečně vybavená - na přespání dobrý, ale na 4denní pobyt málo nádobí. Bylo by dobré zmínit, že postel pro 2 osoby má 140 cm (normální rozměr je 180 cm) - tzn. pro děti dostačující, pro dospělé malé. Poměr ceny a kvality neodpovídá očekávání.

10.0Krásná lokalita uprostřed lesů, ale přitom se základním vybavením (obchod, restaurace, vlak). Klid, ticho a v noci tma. Příjemný víkend na koloběžku a procházky.

− Unfriendly, incomprehensible, unhelpful staff, lack of information, rude communication with just a few words... you get the feeling that you are unwanted or want to rob them. Very unpleasant, I have traveled all over the world, but I have never experienced anything like this. The apartments are ok, just dirty, unpleasant smell, towels are worn out and no longer white, but gray. It's good that I had my own. The bed is hard as a board, parasites live there, because all my legs were bitten after the night. Everyone smokes on the balconies, it is impossible to open the window. No soundproofing, everyone is screaming around. The view in front of the windows is construction.... the price is very high, because for the same price you can get beautiful, clean, comfortable and modern apartments in the Austrian Alps for the same number of days. There is no information for tourists, there are no hiking trails, few bike paths through the forest. we transferred them more money than was indicated, because they insisted and insisted again and again, without giving us the code to enter the apartment, but they did not return the difference to us, they ignored us. Never again ...
