− Het appartement is aan een zeer drukke weg. Bussen, trams en auto’s. Met raam dicht is dat prima maar het is zo warm dat je het raam wel open moet doen. In de winter geen issue maar in de zomer al snel wel. Slaapkamer op vide heeft een hoogte van 165 cm. Daar is het snel warm. Er staat een fan maar toch snel te warm. De badkamer is klein en onprettig. Douchen met gordijn en geen rand in de doucheruimte. Dakterras is fijn voor erbij. Er staat daar wel een airco lawaai te maken.Alles is wel netjes en schoon. Ik zou hem niet weer boeken.

9.0Easy check-in with clear and helpful instructions from the host. The accommodation was clean, and it had good public transport connections by both bus and tram.
− The only thing I would suggest is adding air conditioning to the room, as it was very hot and uncomfortable, especially during the warmer hours.

9.0Helppo ja nopea sisäänkirjautuminen sähköpostiin tulleella ovikoodilla ja kattavilla majoittautumiseen liittyvillä ohjeistuksilla. U P E A oma kattoterassi jossa aurinkopedit, sohvaryhmä ja pöytäryhmä. Aurinko paistaa koko päivän, mutta myös varjoinen kohta haluttaessa. Naapuriterassi aivan vieressä (näköesteenä korkeat rima-aidat) ja naapureiden kulkiessa omalle terassilleen on näköyhteys majoituspaikan terassille, mutta meitä ei häirinnyt lainkaan. Helteestä huolimatta asunnon ilmastointi piti sisätilat miellyttävinä. Lähellä useita hyviä ravibtoloita, kahviloita ja upeita puistoja, keskustaan n.10min kävely ja ratikka lähtee talon edestä. Todella hyvä hinta-laatusuhde! Tullaan uudestaan jos vain vapaana (ainakin kesäaikaan hyvin buukattu).
− Siivooja oli käynyt kiireessä ja jääkaapissa oli edellisen vieraan raa'at kalanperkuujätteet ja lavuaarissa oli ruuan tähteitä. Veimme ne tullessamme sisäpihan roskiksiin. Kylpyhuoneessa ei myöskään ollut mitään pesuaineita, hankimme itse. Muuten asunto oli siisti ja mukava. Kattila ja pannu olivat todella naarmuiset.
