As a return customer, at the exact same time of year, the accomodation was still amazing, 12 months on! Still loved the fact that there is close car park and not having to take belongings upstairs to unload!

− Few cleanliness issues this time, but nothing major….will still want to stay there again!

Good location, 10mins brisk walk to village, dedicated onsite parking, very short walk to front door, great cooking facilities and crockery/glasswear/cooking utensils, heated floor & towel rails in main bathroom, choice of rain shower head or handheld in main bathroom, good central heating, own drying room, laundry, balcony, fireplace.

− Property wasn't as clean as I would expect from the tariff (fireplace full of ash, floor and surfaces near fireplace covered in smeared ash dust, sticky spots on dining table and kitchen island, some crockery & cutlery with old food marks, coffee maker not clean). Wi-Fi not available (only informed on check-in day). No firewood available, and communicating with property managers about that took several hours and multiple phone calls (communication within their office seems patchy) although staff were pleasant over the phone. Beds were both very hard and pillows very uncomfortable. Only one rubbish bin (located in kitchen) despite the property being two stories. No cleaning cloths provided (not even a disposable Chux!) which meant that spills had to be cleaned with tissues or serviettes we had brought with us.

Being in the heart of the village was great to be close to the chairlifts for riding. Thredbo itself needs more healthy eating options.

− We understand this is primarily a Winter location, but the place needs some love during the Summer too. There were dead flys and cobwebs throughout the apartment. It looked like no one had been there since last Winter. The living room furniture is tired and did not feel clean to be able to relax.
